Using the NHS Termbrowser, identify the kinds of sports injury that can be recorded in an Electronic Patient Record using SNOMED CT.
Using CSIRO Shrimp , create a SNOMED CT Expression Constraint that can be used to list all of all the sports injuries.
Using CSIRO Shrimp, create a SNOMED CT Expression Constraint that can be used to list all of all the countries a person could be born, and all the different countries.
Using CSIRO Snapper, create FHIR ValueSets that expand each SNOMED CT Expression into a JSON representation.

FHIR Questionnaire

Using the US Government FHIR Questionnaire Formbuilder, create a simple but imaginative form that collects information about people with injuries for use in the reception of an accident and emergency department. Include:
